I grew up in a hardworking Minnesota family that taught me the value of doing things right the first time. I’m proud to be the first in my family to own a business, and that responsibility shapes every decision I make at ATE Recreation. I bring a perspective most contractors don’t: I’m a court owner myself. As the owner of Forum, a premier indoor pickleball facility in Delano, MN, I know firsthand the impact of a well-built court. Chris is ATE Recreation’s estimator, court designer, and sales representative. An avid pickleball player, Chris plays multiple times a week and enjoys the social aspect of pickleball. Chris began his career in automotive sales and hails from the Northeast suburbs. Chris is an especially great communicator and his passion for recreation is clear. Call him to see for yourself!

Ben is a salesman & entrepreneur who enjoys building businesses, creating new ideas, and connecting with people. Ben has spent years in business development and helping grow opportunities, and is passionate about creating things that have a lasting impact. Outside of work, Ben’s favorite thing is spending time with his family at their lake property. Together with his wife, Ben is raising three beautiful kids, and they love the slower pace, being outdoors, and making memories together. Faith, family, and building a meaningful life are at the center of everything he does.

As Operations Manager, Cole focuses on keeping our projects organized, efficient, and on track. When he’s not managing operations, you can usually find him outdoors hunting and fishing, working out, or handling a custom woodworking or home remodeling project. A Minnesota native, Cole balances his busy schedule by spending plenty of quality time with his dog, wife and friends.
